Problem and Purpose Statement
Problem:
The intersection at Ellis, Stockton and Market streets in San Francisco is a safety hazard that causes traffic congestion, accidents and business disruption.
Purpose:
The purpose of this study was to research and develop a visual system that will improve the safety and efficiency of the Ellis, Stockton and Market Street intersection.
